Campus UGC Creators — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and participation in the Campus UGC Creators community, website, and platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Be a current or recent college student.
Provide accurate information during registration.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login and personal information secure.
Only submitting original, truthful content and data.
Using the platform ethically and lawfully.

3. Brand & Creator Relationships

Campus UGC Creators facilitates introductions between brands and creators but does not assume liability for:

The outcome of collaborations.
Payment delays caused by brand partners.
Any disputes arising from content use beyond agreed campaign terms.

All campaign details are defined between brands and creators before deliverables begin.

4. Content Rights

Creators maintain full ownership of their content.
By participating in brand collaborations through our platform, you grant Campus UGC Creators and partnering brands a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share or repost your submitted content for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in the brief.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party systems (e.g., Stripe Connect).
Creators are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.
Campus UGC Creators is not liable for tax obligations resulting from earnings.

6. Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, spam, or misuse communication channels.
Misrepresent your affiliation, metrics, or performance.
Engage in unethical or fraudulent behavior in brand campaigns.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Campus UGC Creators is a facilitation platform only.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or results.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or act in ways harmful to the community or brand partners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
